2nd level course

The program includes 8 lessons and an equal number of tasting sessions.
The title of the course is From Region to Region..., since ONAS wants to extend its members’ knowledge to any aspect of the local Italian cured meat production.

At the end of the course, the candidates (in groups or as single) will give a short presentation on a specific matter related to the cured meat world.
